Shaimil is a highly experienced, specialist Diamond Apex Tier Invisalign provider and has treated over 1000 cases to date.
He has carried out extensive training alongside a leading orthodontist in central London and is continuing to further advance his skillset by undertaking a diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy endorsed by world leading Align Technology with the City of London Dental School.
Transforming patient’s smiles and more importantly boosting their confidence has always been the most rewarding part of Shaimil’s job.
He is dedicated to ensuring his patients have beautiful teeth that not only look great but are healthy, working with the ethos of providing gentle, non-invasive dentistry to maintain patients’ natural teeth and smile.

Not usually one to leave reviews however after visiting today I felt compelled to due to the amazing service and thorough clean I received from Leah and Johnathan. The entire process was explained to me throughout which led me to feel very informed about my oral hygiene and what I need to work on going forward, this information was really well received as I now know areas in my mouth that I need to pay extra attention to and also areas that are really healthy. First time at Zen Dental and I was honestly blown away. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My dentist, Tuba, was amazing from start to finish — calm, honest, and extremely patient. She took the time to explain each step thoroughly, which really helped ease my nerves and made the entire experience far better than any dental visit I’ve had before.
At no point did I feel pressured into any unnecessary treatments; instead, I felt that the care I received was genuine and focused on my best interests. The confidence I left with makes me look forward to returning for future visits.
The technology they use is also impressive — seeing a 3D view of my teeth was something completely new for me and added to the sense of thorough, modern care.

High recommend Dr Akshay at Zen House Dental! After years of looking for the right place to enhance my smile I came across them on social media and I couldn’t be more pleased. I travelled from Bournemouth and it was well worth the journey. I must post how fantastic my finished complete set of teeth look. Dr Akshay has completed the bottom set of teeth to complement the top ones finished in January. He is a perfectionist and technically very accomplished and professional. The results are astounding and worth every penny spent on the treatment. The staff are also very attentive and professional and a pleasure to deal with. Over many years I had bad experiences with other dental practices so was very wary but the whole procedure was pain free and I felt at complete ease and re assured. I had to post my before and after photos to show the amazing work and results. The results have been complimented by many friends and family and I thouroughly recommend the Practice and especially Dr Akshay Shah
