Is there a guest or spouse program? How do I register a guest?
The Invisalign EMEA Ortho Summit is designed as a by-invitation educational event for Invisalign orthodontists. All educational sessions for the conference are for registered doctor delegates only. For a €300 per person fee, you may register a personal guest during online registration to attend the Thursday welcome networking session and Saturday gala networking event. Guest registration is strictly limited to these two events and does not include any conference meals or sessions. There is a limit of two guest registrations per doctor delegate and guest attendees must be at least 18 years of age. A separate hotel room is not included for guest registration. Please note: if you want to register an associate doctor from your practice to attend sessions, they must register as a doctor delegate – not as a personal guest.
How do I pay the registration fee?
Your credit card will be charged in full when you complete your online registration. Please note, VAT is not applicable to this conference, and you will not be charged VAT.
Credit cards accepted are: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to alignemeasummit@venuesworld.com with the reason for cancellation.
For cancellation requests received by April 14, 2026, we will process a full refund less a transaction fee of €100. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used.
For cancellations requests received by May 10. 2026, we will process a 50% refund, credited to the original credit card used.
Cancellation requests submitted after May 10, 2026 will be subject to review by event organizers, and any refunds granted will be at their discretion, with a maximum refund of 50% of registration fees.
No refunds will be granted for any cancellation requests after May 14, 2026, including delegates who do not check in for the EMEA Summit in Barcelona.
Confirmation of cancellation and refund details will be communicated to the email address provided by the participant at the time of booking. Please do not contact Align customer service or your Invisalign representative to cancel or make changes to your registration.
You may transfer your registration to another doctor in your practice with no penalties.
Are there day passes available?
The Invisalign EMEA Summit is an immersive experience across three days in May. There are no one-day passes available.
Can children attend Summit evening events?
The Invisalign EMEA Ortho Summit is designed as a by-invitation educational event for Invisalign orthodontists. All educational sessions for the conference are for registered doctor delegates only. For a €300 per person fee, you may register a personal guest to attend the Thursday welcome networking session and Saturday gala networking event. Guest registration is strictly limited to these two events and does not include any conference meals or sessions. There is a limit of two guest registrations per doctor delegate and guest attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
What if I would like to book additional hotel room nights before or after Summit?
The Summit Registration Support team can help you request extra nights before or after the Summit. Submit your requests during online registration in the Special Requests box on the hotel page or contact us at alignemeasummit@venuesworld.com. If you request additional nights, you will be responsible for any charges associated with these nights, including cancellation penalties in accordance with hotel policy.
What is the dress code for the Summit?
The dress code for the Invisalign Summit is business casual attire for the conference and Thursday Welcome Reception, and cocktail or business attire for the Saturday Gala Dinner.
